Per Governor Tom Wolf’s most recent order, we have closed our physical locations until instructed otherwise.
Our team will remain remotely operational and will be accessible by email and phone Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.
We will process your tax return as normal, contacting you with any questions and when the tax return is complete. When your tax return is ready, someone from our office will contact you to coordinate your receipt of the tax return. We recommend the option of electronic delivery of returns via client portals.
Please continue to utilize the contact-free options available for you to deliver your tax documents to us:
- Front door mail slot – Place your documents in a sealed envelope and drop it either through the front door mail slot or in the drop box directly inside the front door.
- Parcel delivery – Utilize USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship your documents to our office.
- Client portal – Upload your documents to your client portal. To access your portal, please go to our website, www.ockeraccounting.com, and select the “Client Login” button inside our Client Center. If you are unsure if you have a portal or are unfamiliar with how to use it, please contact our office.
Our team is monitoring the situation daily, taking into account guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), public health agencies, and Pennsylvania state officials. We will adapt our protocols as necessary and keep you apprised of all updates and changes.
